According to World Bank, the average life expectancy in the U.S. (2017) is approx. 79 years of age.

Considering that most of you are between 14-17 years old, to this point, you’ve already lived nearly 20% of your life span…20%!!! Lets also remember, however, that we are not promised tomorrow...so what are you going to make of today?

Here is my point:

*Why would you take 20% of anything as opposed to 80%?

*What you do now WILL affect you later on in life. The habits you form now will set you up for success, or failure, on the path to the rest of your life.

*It’s easier to continue a routine of excellence and hard work vs. changing years of bad habits and sloppy work ethic. In regards to the latter, you’re essentially learning to do something you’ve never done and are not used to doing. Think about waking up in the morning (example).

*My story (theme: struggle/behind others/loans vs. grants & scholarships).

*Summary: please make your journey easier than mine!
